Cale Husted

Cale Husted is a senior defense and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading high-growth organizations, complex federal portfolios, and mission-critical programs across the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Veterans Affairs, NASA, and commercial markets.

As Entarian’s SVP of Defense, Cale leads the strategy, operations, and financial performance of the Defense Group, with responsibility for delivering mission-critical capabilities for its customers. He drives execution across a diverse portfolio of programs, develops and scales differentiated technical and logistics capabilities, strengthens customer relationships, and identifies new markets and strategic growth opportunities. With a focus on operational excellence, disciplined P&L management, and enterprise value creation, Cale positions the organization to expand its defense footprint and achieve sustained, profitable growth.  

Throughout his career, Cale has led large-scale operations, P&L performance, business development, workforce strategy, and organizational transformation. At Sev1Tech, he previously led the Maritime Operations portfolio supporting the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, overseeing more than 160 professionals, approximately $40 million in annual revenue, and average organic growth of 10 percent annually.  

Previously, as Vice President of Operations at Geocent, Cale helped scale the company to more than $75 million in annual revenue while leading operations across more than 250 professionals. He also built Geocent’s DHS portfolio from inception to more than 125 employees and led enterprise process improvements that resulted in CMMI Level III certifications for Development and Services.  

Cale holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University and is a certified Project Management Professional and CMMI Certified Associate. He is active in business and community leadership in the New Orleans region, including the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute, Young Leadership Council, Fore!Kids Foundation, and Second Harvest Food Bank.
