Transforming Capability into Readiness Across Army Missions

Entarian teams support Army missions across three major programs—Army Tactical Network, PM IS&A’s Field Office Fort Hood, and Tactical Radios Materiel Fielding and Integrated Product Support 2 (MFIPS2) —each focused on transforming advanced technologies into reliable, mission-ready capabilities for soldiers. Whether delivering battlefield connectivity through Command and Control systems, enhancing how intelligence platforms are employed during operations and training, or providing fielding, integration, sustainment, and operational support across a wide portfolio of tactical communications systems, our teams bring the technical expertise and operational understanding needed to turn capability into readiness.

At the core of this work is a shared commitment to adaptability. Army missions demand people who can navigate rapidly evolving technologies, remain agile and proactive, and continually learn so they can make immediate adjustments when operational needs shift. Entarian’s experts embody this mindset, taking initiative when challenges arise, maintaining a mission-first focus, and ensuring the solutions we deliver align with the realities soldiers face in the field.

Advancing Connectivity Across the Tactical Network

Entarian supports the Army’s Tactical Network mission by delivering the connectivity that links soldiers on the battlefield with Command and Control (C2), enabling real-time communication, information sharing, and informed decision-making. Through comprehensive new equipment training and fielding, we ensure soldiers are fully prepared to operate advanced communications systems with confidence. These technologies enhance situational awareness and strengthen coordinated operations across the force. Entarian’s efforts directly advance the Army’s Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) framework across land, air, sea, space, and cyberspace, while also ensuring interoperability with Allied partners, which remains an essential cornerstone of modern coalition operations.

In alignment with the Army’s support model, Entarian provides capable, mission-ready personnel across all aspects of the program. Effective coordination between departments sustains a complete support ecosystem that ensures compliance, readiness, and continuity. Maintaining these standards is vital to overcoming program challenges, including security risks that can influence equipment delivery, operational timelines, and mission execution. As Michael Lee, Operations Director of Tactical Networks, states:

“Nowadays, the internet has become the modern-day combat zone and the race to protect it with fewer vulnerabilities is the key to lasting success. Our team seeks mitigating measures to reduce risks to the force and find ways to enhance the current products to stay superior to any problem that sits within any of the 5 domains. The race for better technology is key.”

Since September 2025, Entarian has expanded its operational footprint with a new warehouse facility in Texas, which is rapidly becoming the central hub for fielding and integration. The Texas facility is positioned to absorb functions from several other closing warehouses, generating cost savings and improving operational efficiency for our customer. Its successful integration into fielding operations demonstrates Entarian’s scalability, responsiveness, and workforce capability, and highlights our ability to stand up operational warehousing capacity at critical moments.

Strengthening Readiness at  Field Office Fort Hood

Entarian supports the Army’s Field Office Fort Hood (FOFH) by providing subject matter experts who strengthen unit readiness and enhance how intelligence systems are employed during operations, exercises, and training events. The team supports a wide range of systems, from simple laptop-based tools to complex vehicle-mounted platforms. FOFH  specializes in fielding and training Army hardware and software intelligence systems and ensures soldiers can effectively leverage emerging intelligence technologies as they evolve.

To maintain full compliance with Army regulations and fielding procedures, Entarian upholds strict accountability for all intelligence equipment under its control. Our team prioritizes adherence to Army training standards through deep system expertise and by ensuring every training event is executed correctly and safely. These responsibilities reflect our reliability in managing sensitive, mission‑critical resources.

As technology continues to rapidly advance, the FOFH team is constantly adapting and expanding its skill sets to stay ahead of emerging requirements. Unexpected mission demands call for a resilient, flexible workforce that can operate beyond single-system roles. These challenges ultimately strengthen the team, creating a strong sense of mission purpose. As Rob Walter, Operations Director of the Fort Hood Field Office, explains:

“We are a very team-oriented group with strong camaraderie. We are onsite every day when we are not on the road for supporting mission requirements. Most of us are Veterans, so we share a similar, military-like approach that encourages initiative.”

Together, these efforts reflect Entarian’s commitment to empowering the Army’s intelligence mission. By pairing technical expertise with disciplined execution and a unified mission purpose, the FOFH team ensures soldiers receive the highest level of support in mastering today’s systems and preparing for the rapidly evolving demands of tomorrow.

Delivering Operational Readiness Through MFIPS 2

Entarian’s primary responsibility in MFIPS 2 is transforming advanced communications capabilities into operational readiness. Through the MFIPS 2 contract, Entarian supports PM C2 Transport by ensuring Army units have reliable, deployable, and mission-ready communications and C2 transport capabilities whenever and wherever they are needed. The team delivers fielding, integration, training, sustainment, troubleshooting, and operational employment support across a wide portfolio of tactical communications systems. MFIPS 2 serves as a bridge between the cutting-edge technology produced by the program office and the Soldiers who rely on those systems in real-world environments. As Don Patelunas, Operations Director of MFIPS 2, explains:

“The key is that Entarian isn’t simply providing personnel. We are helping the program office turn capability into operational readiness. Our team understands the technology, the mission environment, and the challenges Soldiers face, and we work side by side with the customer to ensure every system we touch is ready for Soldiers to employ in real operational environments.”

The mission environment brings its own set of challenges: rapidly evolving technology, multiple system configurations deployed across geographically dispersed locations, and training windows that shift based on operational demands. These factors require the team to be flexible, creative, and able to solve problems quickly. Close coordination with the program office and operational users allows the team to identify issues early, develop practical field-first solutions, and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

The team’s approach to challenges is rooted in a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and mission-first focus. They bring a deep understanding of the operational impacts on Soldiers, combine fast and practical responsiveness with strong technical expertise, and continuously adapt as requirements shift and new technologies emerge.

Powered by Expertise, Driven by Mission

Across the Tactical Network mission, FOFH, and MFIPS 2, Entarian’s teams play a critical role in transforming advanced Army technologies into mission-ready capabilities that soldiers can depend on. Each program reflects the same core strength: a workforce that combines technical expertise with adaptability, initiative, and a deep understanding of the operational environments soldiers face.

As technologies evolve and mission requirements shift, Entarian remains committed to delivering reliable support, responsive problem solving, and field-focused solutions that enhance readiness across the force. Our people are the foundation of this work, ensuring that every capability we help deliver is prepared for real-world employment. Through these efforts, Entarian continues to enable the Army’s mission and strengthen the soldiers who carry it forward.
