ERT is thrilled to be named a “Top Workplace in the USA” by USA Today for 2026! We ranked 51st in the country among similar sized organizations. We are so proud of this achievement and appreciate all our dedicated staff who took time to complete the Top Workplaces survey and provide their feedback to make this award possible. ERT is the only Maryland-based 500-999 Engineering company to make the top 100.
The award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional, people-first cultures. This year, more than 40,500 organizations were invited to participate. The winners are recognized for their commitment to fostering a workplace environment that values employee listening and engagement. USA TODAY showcased the winners online and at the National Awards Summit in Nashville.
