Entarian Awarded Three Contracts in Support of NIWC Pacific

Entarian’s Shore Platform San Diego group provides support to Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific as they continue to support their customer’s Electronic Security System (ESS) needs. These systems include Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Public Address (PA), and Audio/Video (A/V) teleconference systems.

Core Functions of Shore Platforms

  • Systems Integration: Merging hardware and software C4ISR systems into land installations.
  • Network & Data Infrastructure: Providing resilient computing, hosting platforms, and communications.
  • Accreditation & Testing: Ensuring compliance via cybersecurity authorizations and operational test evaluations.
  • Lifecycle Support: Delivering engineering, production, and field installation services for defense facilities.

The following are all 12-month contracts.

TO-138 – CSS11 ESS Repair: The existing electronic security systems require upgrades and support to maintain capability for protecting spaces.

This task order addresses the need for electronic security maintenance and repair for Commander Submarine Squadron 11 (CSS 11) electronic security systems (ESS). Required efforts include Access Control System (ACS) and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV system maintenance and repair.

TO-139 – NHRC, NEPMU-5, COMTACGRU-1, C3F, DLA, EOD, NMFP, AND DHA Upgrades and Support: Existing security systems require upgrades, ongoing maintenance, and technical refresh support to sustain operational capability, evolving security requirements, and network security to ensure ATO compliance.

This task order addresses the need for Electronic Security System (ESS) support for the following commands:

  • Naval Health Research Center (NHRC)
  • Navy Environmental and Preventive Medicine Unit Five (NEPMU-5)
  • Commander, Tactical Air Control Group ONE (COMTACGRU-1)
  • Commander, U.S. THIRD Fleet (C3F)
  • Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) – Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach (NWSSB)
  • Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group ONE (EODGRU-1)
    • Subcommand: Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expeditionary Support Unit ONE (EODESU-1)
    • Subcommand: Explosive Ordnance Disposal Training and Evaluation Unit ONE (EODTEU-1)
    • Subcommand: Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit ONE (EODMU-1)
    • Subcommand: Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit THREE (EODMU-3)
    • Subcommand: Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit ELEVEN (EODMU-11)
  • Naval Medical Forces Pacific (NMFP) – Naval Base San Diego (NBSD)
  • Defense Health Agency (DHA)

Efforts include Access Control System (ACS) upgrades; ACS, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Video Teleconference (VTC), Public Address (PA) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) maintenance, Anti-terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) upgrades and Authority to Operate (ATO) support.

TO-141 – REDCOM ESS Upgrades and Support: The existing electronic security systems require upgrades and support to maintain capability for protecting spaces.

This task order addresses the need for electronic security maintenance and upgrades for Navy Reserve Region Readiness and Mobilization Command (REDCOM). Efforts include Access Control System (ACS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Public Address (PA) capabilities.
