Michael Fry is responsible for operational delivery, customer outcomes, and the continued growth of the Defense Space division to ensure solutions consistently meet the highest standards for performance, compliance, and mission impact. Over the past several years, Michael has led the expansion of the division’s portfolio, strengthening both execution across existing programs and the pipeline for future growth.
Michael brings over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and information technology. He works closely with senior leaders, industry partners, and government stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and culture with the evolving needs of national security missions. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, team development, and delivering practical solutions in complex environments.
Michael held a range of leadership and technical roles, including Deputy CTO, Chief Security Architect supporting Space Force customers, and Project Manager within the Air Force and Space Force portfolio. Across these roles, he provided technical direction, supported the delivery of Defensive Cyber Operations, and contributed to the review and approval of over 1,200 accreditation packages. He served as a trusted technical contributor on complex efforts, helping ensure solutions meet stringent DoD security requirements.
Michael also worked as a cyber engineer across multiple organizations, including Nordstrom, NDP, and in support of Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin programs. His work focused on cyber compliance, security operations, and the implementation of enterprise security tools.
Michael holds a master’s degree in computer and information systems security from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in the same field from the University of Maryland University College.
