Lisa Anderson is the Chief Human Resource Officer at Entarian. Lisa is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, and overall human resource strategy. She is a dynamic leader with over 30 years of experience in HR strategy and operations, cultural integration, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership development in the non-profit, healthcare, education and federal contracting industries.
Prior to Entarian, Lisa served as a human resources director at Leidos for their Government Health Safety and Solutions Group where she led a division that supported over 1,200 employees. Lisa is also credited with leading human resources teams at SGI Global and QinetiQ North America.
Lisa is a certified senior professional human resources, SHRM senior certified professional, certified professional coach and an energy leadership professional. Anderson is a published author of the book “Invisible Professional to Influential Leader”.
Lisa holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Troy State University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University.
