Laura Alessi is a senior business and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise operations, financial governance, and change management within complex environments. She partners closely with executive leadership to align strategy, execution, and performance in support of sustainable growth.
Laura serves as Chief Business Officer at Entarian, where she is responsible for enterprise business operations and operational strategy across the organization. As a member of the executive leadership team, she oversees the integration and performance of core business functions, establishes scalable operating models, and ensures disciplined program execution, compliance, and financial rigor. Her role is focused on building the systems, talent, and governance structures required to support growth, improve operational efficiency, and enable consistent delivery across domestic and international operations.
Prior to Entarian, Laura spent more than a decade at ICF, most recently as Vice President of Group Operations, where she led operational strategy and execution across a large, multi‑division organization. At ICF, she was responsible for delivery performance, compliance, internal operations, and financial oversight, and drove enterprise‑wide initiatives. Earlier in her career, Laura held senior business finance management, operations, and project leadership roles with responsibility for forecasting, long‑term planning, executive reporting, acquisition due diligence, and financial transformation. She began her career at Cubic Applications, Inc., supporting Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security programs.
