In addition to her operational leadership, Jessica has been an active facilitator in mergers and acquisitions efforts, supporting strategic decision-making, integration planning, and organizational alignment. She brings a practical, execution-focused perspective to M&A, ensuring that key growth strategies translate into measurable outcomes. At Sev1Tech, Jessica held progressive leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations, where she successfully led business unit strategy, growth, and performance.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Denver. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master, and ITIL Foundation v3 certified. She also serves as a Financial Literacy Instructor for the Great Game of Business and a certified Emergenetics Associate.
She serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Technology as Secretary, supporting governance and strategic initiatives that advance and empower women in the technology industry.
